[PRCo] Millvale - 1930

Hi Folks,

This is also from Historic Pittsburgh.  Description is Babcock Blvd., February 19, 2013.   Check out right-side of photo.  I think that is the Millvale Loop.  I'm thinking the trackage in the street was the planning of an extension to Evergreen.

But, I could be wrong.
