[PRCo] PRCo Tunnel

[Edward H. Lybarger]

This is the trolley tunnel under construction in 1904, or they are
installing Sycamore Street, or they are building the PRR Smithfield Street
Station.  My guess is trolley tunnel, but I'm not certain.

These seem to be pictures of
pre tunnel or perhaps the tunnel
is under construction judging by heavy
wooden beams in street?

What do you guys think/see?

I know, not as exciting as Wilmerding.
