[PRCo] Operators Manual Pages 92 through 97

Final Installment of the Operators Manual. Pages 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, and
97. That's all folks ! There you have the 100-page (Pages 1 through 97 plus
pages a, b, and c.) PATransit (and PRCo) instruction manual for streetcar
operators.

I was in Pittsburgh today to look at the progress on my apartment and to
sign the lease. It's coming along nicely and looks very good. I should be
in it around April 10th.or just before that date.
