[PRCo] Pittsburgh Railways series by Ron Beal

Are Volumes 2 and 3 (linked to below) available anywhere?  My parents 
bought me Vol 1 and McKeesport Trolleys a while back and I have been 
looking around for the other 2.  I sent Mr. Beal an email earlier this 
month, but he hasn't yet responded.
