[PRCo] PRCo 55A Rankin Side

Following possibilities:
1. Operator missed Munhall Loop switch and used the Rankin Bridge
"cloverleaf" to turn back.
2. Track or overhead wire work at Munhall Loop made operation to Rankin
Bridge mandatory until work was finished.
3. Trolley was hijacked.
4. That operators "run" called for a "deadhead" to a nearby location to
start a school tripper, mill tripper, or other route.
5. Operator was directed by Traffic Dispatcher or Route Foreman to go to
another location because of schedule gap or emergency condition.
Unless you were there it's hard to say what was going on.
