Chartered. On PRC at least. But fans usually came up with either PRC route
signs, often for wrong route, or wacko ones either from other companies or
home-made. Some folks who will remain unnamed but are still active at Arden
formed the Acme Aluminum Siding and Roll Sign Company to manufacture them.
One of the favorites had a route number that was a square root and a reading
of Evans City Express. Didn't matter. Normals still tried to board the
car.
