Good photo, Herb.  Interesting how the lens made the most distant buildings appear shorter than the closer buildings, and also how the hills in the distance appear to be flat gr ound.

This was taken early in the afternoon of a very hot July 15, 2013. The 
photo turned out to be decent. It was taken from the overlook located just 
west of the Mon Incline Upper Station.
