 Not from or related to the Tri-State area; 2)  Would
 have to be regauged or retrucked
 
 I’m sure that Halton is in line to receive one, and no
 doubt one of each type, so anyone who wishes to see or ride
 one will be able to do so and do so in their native
 Province.
 
 Arden needs a lot of things but one thing it does not need
