[PRCo] More on the bridges

Interestingly the list notes the now gone bridge at Foxburg but fails to note that it was a combination railway and highway bridge.  The railway portion was in disuse in latter years of the bridge’s existence, but back in 1957 the forerunner of PTM, PERC, ran an enthusiast tour over the former P&W, then B&O line.  It ran from Pittsburgh to North Clarion Jct. and crossed this bridge, then ascended the Foxburg switchbacks (through the local golf course).

I wonder how many current PTM members, beside me, were on that trip?
