[PRCo] Operators Manual Pages 92 through 97

My pleasure in doing it. Like it used to read, on the cover of every
"Traction & Models" magazine, "...knowledge is of no value unless it is
shared with others". To keep everything, on any given subject, hidden in
file cabinets or vaults is selfish. I'm next going to give you the Greater
Cleveland Regional Transit Authority Operator Rulebook. This is, of course,
modern day operations. I'm sure the signal systems and cab control will be
of interest to some.
