It may have been discussed Mr.Barry but this article puts meat
into the discussions. Too often our memories are cloudy
leading to many posts resulting in confusion. This

My hunch is this was discussed somewhere in our West End Lines discussions, and if so, please forgive any replication. But, since the file cabinets in my mind are so full right now, my memory is searching, but not finding the item that - the PUC approved tracks on a renovated West Carson Street (being relocated due to Fort Pitt Bridge ramps), but not on the new bridge.
The article attached, from the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, is from the January 4, 1956 issue.
