[PRCo] FYI-Pittsburgh Neighborhood Map

The last post made mention of a district of Pittsburgh called the Flats,
actually named South Side Flats. This is in opposition to another
neighborhood named South Side Slopes.

I have attached a map of Pittsburgh neighborhoods since some areas now have
new names and some areas which never had names now do have names.
