[PRCo] PRCo David Wilson Picture

No, it's an electrical short.  
 
M454 lasted couple more decades - sold to PTM and eventually scrapped at PTM.  Guess is that this is late 1960s pix near Palm Garden Loop, but just a guess as to date.
