[PRCo] Latrobe street cars, correction and addition

The map I sent in earlier was in error. I had the line to the old car
barn marked on Main St. rather than Depot Street.

Additions:

Yellow line marks the route of the Westmoreland County Street Railway.

The arrow with no text points to the house where I was living when
this 1939 aerial photo was taken. In the intersection near the tail of
that arrow, I remember seeing street car rails poking through the
pavement. Further, there were ties visible along the side of the
street/road  heading northwestward from that intersection.
