Bowser? Isn't that Pennsylvania Scale Models on S. Centre St., Pottsville, PA? Shows how old I am. I bought a PCC when I was 12, Herb, broke out all the window separators to make it look like a 1700, put a long roof monitor on it, a roof headlight, an interurban pilot and painted it red and cream. Then when I went in the army six years later, I gave it to a friend. A month ago I discovered that he still had it.
