There are probably a lot of counties that fit. I think the law was in
response to people complaining about the smoke. We can still burn yard
waste and the like here in Peters Township, but only four days a week.
People were complaining but the town council knew there would be a rebellion
if they outlawed burning completely, so they made do with a compromise that
satisfied no one completely.
