[PRCo] Charlie

I have often commented about Operator Charlie Diehl working the 
Interurban, most often Library.  While he lived on the 40-Mt.Washington 
Bob never mentioned knowing him; maybe he recognizes the picture.  
Appears as though he has a student in this pic who missed the pull-out 
// -in switch and Charlie is setting it.
