[PRCo] change to list member years past

Includes some of the usual suspects.
 
And speaking of overhead line, here's another shot of Elmwood.
 
But this is a Pittsburgh list.  Have to go back two decades earlier.  It's a 'one of', so not on a fantrip, unless I happened to encounter a fantrip car downtown.
