I have attached the entire document, showing community by community changes (or lack thereof).
Southwest Butler County is the growth area due to ease of access to other areas (turnpike, I-79, I-279), quality school systems, and a lower tax rate than North Hills area of Pittsburgh. As it began to grow, the shopping and ultimately good paying jobs there. (Westinghouse is one example, Mine Safety Appliance another)
The City of Butler was named the 7th best small town in America by Smithsonian Magazine and Cranberry Township was named the best place to raise children in Pennsylvania by Bloomberg Businessweek.
