[PRCo] Spreadsheet of Port Authority Vehicles

Definitely needs corrections in the "PCC" area and some additions to the
PAT older bus sections.

Someone did a lot of work on this. I doubt if any large transit authority
has ever had a "third party" do so much research. I have forwarded this to
J. Holland. Hopefully he will take a look at the PCC entries and lend a
hand.
