[PRCo] streetcar rentals

I notice the costs listed are for the newer CLRV and ALRV cars, not the
PCCs. The PCCs go for just under $2000. (CN) for three hours.

Myself, I find PTM very reasonable for renting old trolleys. Limited route,
but very worth it.
