A very interesting find Mr.Lattner.
One could assume the trolleys were taken over for fire department use and went non-stop to the nearest location to the fire to unload.
In 1905 mobility was walking, horse and buggy, or trolley which service was frequent. This is suggested with the fire dept. stopping
the first 2-trolleys isn't it. Even today police and fire depts may commandeer public transit in an emergency to transport
injured or others for most any reason.

Thought this was interesting. Wonder
if it was system wide.
Don't know if I want the fire company to make stops to let passengers off While my house was burning.
