Not unless it was of the infamous 1600.  More likely of a car at Kenosha, one of which shows up in the presentation.  The other interiors seem to be PRC cars. Also a ringer for a PRC show is a Harmony Route car!

  A nice presentation, but the PCC interior at the 3:29 mark doesn't look like a Pittsburgh trolley.
