[PRCo] Anyone know anything about this PRCo trolley?

I would agree with Bob. The sacks contain some kind of bulk commodity. The
mail sacks I knew were larger and were made of heavy canvas, but that's not
to say they were like that in 1905. The higher-res image shows marvelous
detail.

I did, I think I agree with the foregoing. What I question is the idea that
those sacks are mail sacks.
It looks to me as if the contents of the sacks are grain or flour or
something with less structure than small packages or bundles of letters.
Note how the "ears" at the bottom of the sacks are filled out, and the
roundedness of the body of the sacks. I would think that mail would show us
corners and edges here and there rather than the smooth surfaces those sacks
exhibit.
Then again, I may be unduly influenced by the legend for some brand of flour
displayed on the one wagon.
