[PRCo] For Those Who Like TTC (Toronto, Ontario)

The following series of photos are fairly recent of operations along Queen
Street. They were sent to me by a friend in Toronto. There are also a
couple other links on the webpage to other photos by this photographer of
the TTC.

Noteworthy is the fact that over the years Toronto and TTC have gone
through changes, as all things do. Twenty or thirty years ago one never saw
graffiti, now it is visible everywhere; the TTC uniform is not as formal as
it used to be, yet it is still more formal than most US transit uniforms;
TTC now uses lots of "advertising" cars and buses. Ah, change........if you
don't go with it, it will drive you insane. The best thing is that
TTCstill uses trolley poles........but not for long. The newest
streetcars
(just being delivered) have gone to the pantograph for current collection.
There goes that "change thing" again.
