[PRCo] rail items for sale and aution

It seems to be a more gradual liquidation.  At one time there were ex. Cleveland and ex. Cincinnati PCC cars from Toronto and a Kansas City birney.  PTM got 067.  More recently they have disposed of another CTA 4000, the Detroit Peter Witt, Shaker work car 101, and possibly North Shore 154 and a Toronto crane car.  The house cleaning has also included several pieces of railroad equipment.
 
Even car barns have a finite life. PTM's was becoming life expired and was rebuilt.  It appears that the ORM barn has disappeared without replacement.  
 
This is why I keep mentioning that extremely thankful for the PTM leaders who followed a different path over past several decades.  The other example of what not to do is Philly.
