[PRCo] PRCo Some PCC Crashes

They seemed to have a lot of problems with "cement mixers" back then.

Sometime soon, I need to check out the differences between the front end
construction between the Pittsburgh pre-war PCCs (including the
1600-series) and the post-war 1700s. I'm of the thinking that the 1700s
were much better constructed than the air-electric cars. Also worthy of
researching is the differences (if any) between the 1700-series city cars
and the 1700-series interurban cars. A project for sometime later when I
have more time and the weather improves.
