The 1912 state trolley map published by the Public Service Commission shows exactly what you suggested, Herb … from PRC route 68 in Duquesne to PRC 56 in Dravosburg.   

And that also appears on the Pittsburgh Electric Railway Club map of Pittsburgh Railways.   Here is a link to it.

The 1918 state trolley map from the Public Service Commission shows it being twice that long.   Was extended south from Dravosburg to a place called England or New England or Valley or New England Valley … lettering on map is confusing.   Looks like it is near Pleasant Hills today.   

Of course there were errors in the PSC (today's PUC) maps just like there are in any maps.   It may have been planned south of Dravosburg and never built.   This would not be the only time the PSC published something as built that had only been planned.
