[PRCo] West Penn Locations??

First gut reaction is that 712/717 is in the siding at Revere (Uledi P.O.)
but looking at Google Earth and if I remember where the siding was
the terrain is wrong. I bet Ed knows. I think I'd need my track maps to
figure it out.
