[PRCo] Castle Shannon slum???

Most of that land along the west side of Library Road ( somewhat south of
the Ford dealer) is owned by the Borough of Castle Shannon today. This
includes the Port Authority Park & Ride Lot at Willow Avenue. That lot is
on Borough Property and is operated by the C.S. Fire Dept. Could the park &
ride be the old "company housing" area?
