[PRCo] Second avenue tracks

That area, I believe, was all cement with rails - no cobblestone.   I say this, as I believe a good bit of this area was re-done, with tracks slightly re-located when the parkway was being constructed.

Stripped pavement most of the way from 10th st to Under Birmingham Bridge. Both tracks, 4 rails, visible in the stripped pavement. No pic, I'm in the back and Gwen is driving
