[PRCo] "Tram" track

Enclosed are a drawing and photo of "Tram" Track used by PRCo about 
18??-1916 that allowed wagons to run on the ledge.  Sharp curves still 
had raised-girder-guard; I do not know how wagons navigated that.  I 
have not found the reason for referring to this style track as "tram" 
unless it was a term imported from European track nomenclature.

"On the Avenue, Fifth Avenue"... is the location of this Tram Track on 
PRCo in 1909 with Delivery-Wagon making use of same::
