Is it not true that at that date Drake cars were only going as far as the temporary wye?  I seem to recall that the loop was not finished until some time later.

  The Day after WASHINGTON Interurban terminates and 2-months after 
  CHARLEROI Interurban service terminates we still see a rather busy 
  schedule, at least on Library.  Every 20-min on Sunday!  Good Griefs 
  ------- it would be every hour in less than 7-years!

  Saturday service is every 10-min Castle Shannon to Pgh. and return -- 
  and every 10-min weekdays between rush hours!
