[PRCo] Wheeling Transit - Martins Ferry 1928

Thanks Fred, that fits with my discovery that another photo in the series
matches with the Wheeling Terminal Hanover Street Station just out of the
picture to the right. That also explains why the W&LE was taking the photos,
since they used the Wheeling Terminal to get to Wheeling from Martins Ferry.

Try Hanover St. at what is now Zane Highway (the beginning of the 600
block).   The only building still standing Steve, is the large brick
albatros on the right side  beyond the railroad crossing and this side of
5th Street.
