[PRCo] West Penn Trolley Meet

Friday didn't work, I planned to come back via 70 and the museum Saturday after a trip to Mt Pleasant and a bike trip on the Coal and Coke Trail but Gwen got out of rehearsal hours early, and so I ended up in a rush
