[PRCo] exposed 1890s trackage

It is surprising that they didn't cut the railhead before paving over the
track.  That is what they did in front of my house.  I wonder which was the
norm!

They were repairing the street behind my usual coffeeshop and by my usual
bike shop. My friend whose husband's bike shop it is told me of this, and I
