[PRCo] exposed 1890s trackage

I don't think anything in the photo was cut...I'm guessing this is step rail
with a narrow head.  They didn't begin cutting off the rail head until the
PUC required it in abandonment proceedings.

You sure they didn't? looks cut to me, look on the right.

That said, there's a spot in the next block where it didn't look cut.
