[PRCo] Wheeling Traction photo on eBay

If you'll tell me how in the hell one can find that, I'd be glad to.  I'm 
clueless.

But here are the exact descriptions from eBay and if you use them in the 
Search function of eBay you will get the images:

5D763 RP 1940s? MONONGAHELA WEST PENN PUBLIC SERVICE RAILWAYS CAR #776 PA

WEST PENN RAILWAYS Trolley at KITTANNING PA Pennsylvania 1936 Photograph 2

The Wheeling car is most decidedly NOT a Panhandle Wheeling-Steubenville 
Interurban.  This has been on eBay before.  It is a city car used by Co-Op 
Transit up to the end, or near the end, of service in 1948.  I have the car 
number at home.
