[PRCo] Wheeling Traction photo on eBay

The cars were being scrapped and apparently one had already been, leaving 
only the trucks.  This was the dead or scrap line.

Odd picture. Took me a second look to make out the two trucks sitting
on the track behind the car. Wonder what the story is on that?
