Did Fairmount have that much of a downtown?  Perhaps so.  I just assumed it was Clarksburg (but definitely not at the terminal there).

Looks like the end of the line at the terminal in a very fair mountain.   :<)     I would be tempted to say a print that came from the Barney Neuberger collection.
