I think Rule's (or is it Ruhl's?) in Mannheim is still open hobby shop. Fred Schneider will know about the Birney in Mannheim. Chop Choo Barn in Strassburg is well stocked hobby shop and book store. In Gettysburg Tommy Gilbert's hobby shop is quite nice and Main Line Hobby in Blue Ridge Summit, maybe 15 miles SW of Gettysburg is impressive. If you know where to look and if weather becomes more hospitable there is a ton of trolley archeology you can do. Have fun!
