[PRCo] stub-end PRW turning

I spent some time over at Cleveland Circle yesterday morning, at the end of
the MBTA C line. Due to friends I have through a romantic entanglement,
I've spent rather much time in that corner of the city over the last few
months.

The C line runs inbound from Cleveland Circle along a right of way on
Beacon.

In the right spots, it is reminiscent of the Library line, albeit with
two-car trains (a Kinki-Sharyo, and a Breda since only the latter have low
floors). However, early weekend mornings they run just a Breda. I got to
see cars be added as trains crossed over, and some other miscellaneous fun.

I have some other shots I'll share at some point around Reservoir Carhouse,
also.
