[PRCo] right of way track maps

I'm not experienced in scanning things of that age but would be open to learning and could definitely host and/or build a place to make them public (as maps) and to store the data internally if needed.

I have a car now, so I can get to the museum more easily. I know last time I tried to help at the archives that was my issue.
