[PRCo] Message From Representative H. Readshaw (Reference Port Authority Fare Collection)

They'll tell them that that's great, and that they can use that dollar bill
to purchase fare at a machine.

I'm upset that they'll be using armed police to do it and that there will
be records checks.  That is not an inviting atmosphere for riders who have
options.
