That, being the county seat, would likely be the place to start.  I wouldn’t be surprised to find the records in Pittsburgh, though.  But someone in Ebensburg may be able to point in the right direction...I’m sure they still have bankruptcies in Cambria County.

Title Trust, as well as the company, was Johnstown. Was there a bankruptcy court in Ebensburg?
