[PRCo] San Francisco PCCs

I'm in SF for the week. Had occasion to spend some of yesterday riding
along Market St, and got the back seat in 1059 (the Boston Elevated car).
There's a backup controller behind the back seat, just as there is in 1711!

Haven't ridden the Pittsburgh car yet (only El Paso and Boston) but I did
see it. I'll share pics soon; I also got to ride one of the new Siemens
S200s.
