[PRCo] passing of John F Bromley

[Daria Phoebe Brashear]

Long long ago John F Bromley was a member of the list. Via the book of
faces I've learned of his passing 2 days ago. I did have the privilege of
meeting him in Lancaster about 15 years ago.

He will be missed.
