I'm confused here by the date cited (I can't read the link because I'm not enrolled) as 1913. On February 6, 1912, West Penn had a Scott Haven car tumble over the hill at the country club, killing five. Lots of newspaper headlines at the time. Is there any chance that this newspaper archive got the date wrong? I don't have any information about a derailment out there a year later, though that doesn't mean there wasn't one.
Daria, can you make a Word or PDF document out of the archive item so I can read what it says?
Thanks,Ed
