Ken and list:    Yup, the TMRT&S 1141 was operated on the 'third rail'
as depicted in the photo.  This was after the line was shut down.                                                

Note:   The car is westbound on the freight line between 20th and 23rd
streets, adjacent to the two track yard for freight car storage and run
around purposes.  Lack of headlight, already put away to prevent damage
or theft.  Power in overhead wire remained on, no draw, also to prevent
theft.  No run number, either!
