The "Now" photo was taken just a day ago, 11-20-09. I was on business
two blocks away. It was starting to get dark, so I took this quick
shot. I should have taken some of the road, as you can see the
pavement cracks over the Rails. The city appears to be working it's
way West with road resurfacing and may soon be to this area. The
"Then" photo is from Ken's GREAT website. I do not know the date of
the photo. Larry Allan
